Power BI DAX

I need some help to create a means to filter the data using DAX. I use a slicer i.e. country to filter the data, however, the slicer prevents filtering the data as per my requirement. I created DAX for this purpose but was not successful to pull the required table. Please refer to the screenshot of the project attached for more details. I am happy to describe my requirement if the details in the screenshot are not enough.
