Power BI Comparison Dashboard Setup
Budget: €250 – €750 EUR
I need a well-structured Power BI report that lets me compare yearly performance across country, product, category, and brand at a glance. I already have the raw data and a working knowledge of Power BI, but I want your expertise to shape the model, craft the right DAX measures, and build intuitive visuals so I can keep everything up to date myself afterward.
Scope
• Model the data so year-over-year results slice cleanly by the four dimensions mentioned.
• Create an interactive landing page plus supporting pages that highlight variances and trends; I expect bar or line visuals for the main comparisons and any other chart types you feel clarify the story.
• Keep the design maintainable: clearly named tables, measures, and bookmarks, with dynamic date logic so I can refresh without rewriting formulas.
• Hand off the .pbix file and a brief walkthrough (video or live call) showing me how to refresh data sources and tweak visuals.
Acceptance criteria
• Slicers instantly update every visual without errors.
• Year-over-year percentage change is accurate for each dimension.
• No hard-coded dates; everything runs off the date table.
• All visuals render clearly in both desktop and Service.
If this sounds like a fit, let’s talk through the dataset and timeline so we can get the first draft in place quickly.
