Power BI Cloud Engagement Dashboard
Budget: €12 – €18 EUR
I need an interactive Power BI report that pulls data directly from my cloud platform (either Azure or Google Cloud, whichever you are most comfortable with) and turns our customer-feedback scores into clear, actionable visuals.
The raw data is already landing in a cloud table each day; your task is to connect Power BI to that source, shape the data, and build a dashboard that lets me see overall sentiment, score trends over time, and drill down by product line or region. I’d like the layout to feel clean and intuitive—think headline KPIs at the top, followed by trend charts, and a slicer panel so non-technical stakeholders can filter on the fly.
Because customer engagement is the only focus for this release, you can ignore sales or inventory fields. Still, the model should be flexible enough for me to add extra metrics later without a complete rebuild. Scheduled refresh through the gateway is a must so the report stays live without manual uploads.
Deliverables
• a fully-designed .pbix file connected to the chosen cloud source
• documented query steps so I can maintain or extend the model
• instructions (or a short call) on configuring the refresh and publishing to the Power BI Service
