Power BI Cloud Data Connection Issue

I am currently facing an issue regarding a data connection in Power BI Cloud. I have a Power BI dashboard connected to a REST API data source. The data connection works perfectly within the Power BI Desktop environment, which is notably configured in a Windows system. However, I am not getting the same results in the Power BI Cloud environment. The REST API is only accessible via a private network, and I am unsure if the API endpoint can be reached from the Cloud. I require assistance in configuring scheduled refreshes on the cloud platform.
