Power Automate Workflows + Power BI Sales & Event Dashboards

Project Description

We are looking for an experienced Power BI / Power Automate specialist to support the implementation of automations and reporting for our SharePoint-based LeadHub system.

The project includes:

1. Power Automate Workflows

Automatic creation of leads from website emails into a SharePoint LeadHub list

Sales funnel follow-up reminders

Event preparation workflows

Post-event follow-up workflows

2. Power BI Sales Dashboard

Reporting for leads, sales pipeline, funnel stages, and forecasted order intake.

3. Power BI Event Performance Dashboard

Event ROI reporting including leads generated, pipeline volume, and estimated order intake.

Our system is based on SharePoint Lists (LeadHub + Event Calendar) connected via event references.

All functional requirements, KPIs, workflow logic, and technical details are described in the attached briefing document.

Requirements

Strong experience with Power BI

Experience with Power Automate

Experience with SharePoint / Microsoft 365

Ability to implement workflows and reporting based on the provided specification

Project Start: ASAP
