The panel is a two-hour session for women interested in entering the data field. Three panelists will each share their personal career journeys and challenges for about 15 minutes. The audience will be 12–15 unemployed women seeking guidance on how to transition into data careers. The session will be open, honest, and followed by a Q&A for direct interaction.
