POWER BI DASHBOARD based on Excel data

it is expected you know more about POWER BI and excel than me...
Right now we have a separate spreadsheet for each one of our events.They all contain similar but not exact data eg:
postcode,
age group (setup with various age groups not matching)
Donations total and how many
how did you hear about us
ticket type
how many tickets purchased
there are around 25 spreadsheets with 120 lines of data each which needs to be collated and we will in future continue adding to it. The ojective is a front end /dashboard that can show us summary and by event:
growth by postcode
compare event timelines by dontations, ages, postcodes, how did you hear about us, ticket types, how many tickets purchased
Avg price paid, how many tickets by price
Clean and simple job with fast turn around, I am 15 yr 100% positive feedback member, please do not waste my time - you will not be partially if you cannot finish, you will be paid if you finish ontime and to the requirment which is a POWER BI front end dashboard showing the above that is running from a spreadhsheet that we will continue to add to and power bi should incorprate the new data ongoing.
yes location map by postcode will be required as per image of sample dashboard
yes there will be work required to include all the different age groups and columns in all spreadsheet
