Operations KPI Power BI Dashboard
Budget: £20 – £250 GBP
I have a collection of daily Excel reports tracking our operations performance, and I want to transform them into a single, professional-grade Power BI solution. The scope covers both the data model and the .PBIX dashboard, fully optimized for KPI analysis—specifically On-Time Performance (OTP), Turnaround Time (TAT), Delay Analysis, PRM performance, and any additional metrics you find valuable once you explore the data.
All data comes from structured Excel files, so you will need strong Power Query skills for cleansing and shaping, plus solid DAX for calculated measures and time-intelligence logic.
My preferred visuals are:
• Bar and line charts for trend comparison
• Pie or donut charts where proportions matter
• Tables or matrices for deeper drill-downs
Feel free to propose other visuals if they communicate the story better.
Deliverables I expect:
• A clean, well-documented Power BI data model with clear relationships and meaningful measure names
• An interactive dashboard (.PBIX) that lets me filter by date, station, flight, carrier, or any other relevant dimension
• Basic navigation—tooltips, bookmarks, or buttons—so users can move effortlessly between high-level summaries and detailed views
• Brief hand-over notes explaining refresh steps and any assumptions you made
I will provide sample files and clarify business rules as soon as we start. If you’ve built operational KPI dashboards from Excel before and are comfortable with bar/line, pie/donut, and table/matrix layouts, I’d love to see your approach.
