Operational Power BI Dashboard Creation

I need a fresh Power BI dashboard that gives my team a live view of our operational performance. All data sits in our existing SQL databases, so the model and visuals must connect directly to those tables and refresh automatically.

The dashboard has a single focus: highlight efficiency, productivity and quality metrics in a way that lets managers spot trends or issues at a glance. I already have the raw tables; what I’m missing is the data model, DAX measures and an intuitive set of visuals (think slicers, drill-downs and conditional formatting) that bring those three KPI groups together on one screen.

Deliverables
• Clean data model linked to my SQL server with scheduled refresh.
• DAX measures for each efficiency, productivity and quality indicator we define together.
• One interactive report page optimised for desktop and mobile views, plus a short hand-off video so my team understands how to maintain it.
