I need a Power BI dashboard that turns my operational and performance data into clear, actionable insights. The primary focus is on productivity metrics; however, I have not yet settled on which specific measures will be most meaningful, so I’m looking for your guidance to identify and implement the right calculations based on the dataset you’ll receive.
Here’s what I have in mind:
• Clean and model the raw operational data so it feeds efficiently into Power BI.
• Develop visually engaging reports—think dynamic charts, tables, and drill-through views—that spotlight productivity trends and performance outliers.
• Build the necessary DAX measures for whichever productivity metrics we decide on together, ensuring the numbers refresh accurately when new data is added.
• Package everything into a share-ready .pbix file, with slicers and filters that let users explore results by date range, team, location, or any other relevant dimension in the data.
• Walk me through the finished report (screenshare or short video) so I’m comfortable updating and extending it later.
