Operational Monitoring Power BI Dashboard

I need an interactive Power BI dashboard that lets me track day-to-day operational performance at a glance. All of the raw information currently lives in several Excel spreadsheets, so the first step will be setting up clean connections in Power Query and modelling the data so it refreshes automatically whenever the source files are updated.

Key elements I expect: clear KPI tiles, drill-through views for deeper analysis, and intuitive slicers so different teams can filter results without touching the underlying data. I’m open to whichever mix of bar, line, pie, or other visuals you feel best conveys the story—what matters is that managers can instantly spot trends, exceptions, and bottlenecks.

Please deliver a finished .pbix file with documented calculations (DAX), a short note explaining the refresh process, and guidance on publishing it to the Power BI Service so scheduled refresh works against the spreadsheets stored in OneDrive. I’ll consider the job complete once the dashboard loads without errors, refreshes on schedule, and the core operational KPIs match the figures in the original files.
