Operational Efficiency Power BI Dashboard
Budget: ₹750 – ₹1,250 INR
I have a set of Excel workbooks that track multiple operational KPIs and now I need them transformed into an interactive Power BI dashboard focused on operational efficiency. The data model should be built directly from those Excel files—no other data sources are involved—so please be comfortable with Power Query for cleaning and shaping, as well as DAX for the final measures.
The dashboard needs to highlight trends and bottlenecks through a combination of bar, line, and pie charts. I’m looking for a clean layout that lets managers drill down from a high-level efficiency score to department-level details in just a few clicks. Slicers for date ranges and departments are essential, and tooltips should surface any supporting metrics without crowding the page.
Acceptance criteria
• One .pbix file connected to the supplied Excel workbooks
• Calculated measures that accurately reflect each efficiency KPI (we’ll review against our manual checks)
• At least three pages: overview, departmental breakdown, and trend analysis
• Bar, line, and pie visuals configured with intuitive filters and formatted consistently
• A short walkthrough video or document so my team can refresh the data and adjust visuals later
