Need help rebuilding PowerApp for data entry and export

I built a PowerApp that is embedded inside a Power BI report. Both the Power BI report and the PowerApp pull in their data from Excel
I need help redesigning the PowerApp to make it fit the design of the Power BI report. I also need the Power BI report to be able to filter the data inside the PowerApp.
