Multilayered Event and Equipment Booking System

I'm seeking an experienced developer to create a comprehensive event and booking tracking system using Power BI, SharePoint, and O365 online tools (Excel, Lists).

Key Requirements:
- Real-time updates
- Calendar integration
- Automated reminders
- Multiple restricted view options

Automated Emails:
- Approval notifications
- Reminder emails
- Equipment booking emails
- Equipment out of service notifications
- Vehicle-related emails
- Staffing shortage alerts (to managers and select individuals)

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Power BI, SharePoint, and O365
- Experience in setting up automated workflows
- Strong background in developing systems with multiple restricted views
- Familiarity with integrating Excel and Lists within a cohesive system

This system would be built within existing infrastructure under my supervision but can be done remotely. We would also be seeking repeat business with the right coder for any future changes or updates that may be required for business need or to maintain the system.
