Manufacturing Operations Power BI Dashboard

I need an end-to-end Power BI dashboard that lets me run an operational review of our manufacturing floor without digging through spreadsheets. The focus is strictly on production, so every visual should speak to three core manufacturing metrics:

• Production output – daily, weekly and month-to-date trends with the ability to drill into individual lines or shifts
• Quality control – first-pass yield, scrap rate and rework captured in Pareto charts and control-limit visuals
• Equipment efficiency – OEE, downtime by reason code and mean time between failures

Raw data will arrive in Excel and CSV exports from our MES; I can provide a data dictionary and sample files right away. What I need from you is the full Power BI solution: clean and model the data, build intuitive slicers (date, product family, line, shift), choose the best visuals, and publish a .pbix that refreshes properly when we swap in new data.

Acceptance criteria
• Zero hard-coded data paths—dataset refreshes without errors when placed in a different folder
• Clear DAX measures for every KPI, well commented so my internal analyst can maintain them
• Consistent colour scheme that aligns with our brand and passes accessibility checks
• A brief Loom or Teams walk-through showing how you structured the model and created the visuals
