Manpower & Equipment Productivity Dashboard

I am looking for a Planning Engineer/Manager who can design a practical and reliable system to measure productivity for both manpower and heavy equipment on a busy construction site.

Requirements:
• Manpower Tracking: Ability to record day-to-day construction activities and compare each team’s output against hours worked.
• Equipment Tracking: Focus on output efficiency — how much useful work each machine delivers while running.
• Dashboard: A single consolidated view showing manpower productivity vs. construction tasks and equipment efficiency. Must support quick data entry (mobile/desktop), automatic chart updates at the end of each shift, and weekly exportable reports that highlight performance gaps.

Deliverables:
• Data-capture template or app for field entry
• Dashboard with manpower vs. task productivity and equipment efficiency metrics
• Step-by-step instructions so site supervisors can use and maintain it independently

Preferred Platforms:
Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, or any other straightforward and stable tool that is easy to hand over.
