Management Dashboard in Power BI
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I have several Excel workbooks that hold our performance metrics, and I want them transformed into a single, interactive Power BI dashboard tailored for the executive team. The build must pull data directly from those spreadsheets, refresh smoothly as the files are updated, and present the information through clear bar and pie charts that let managers slice figures by date, region, and product line without extra clicks.
Please structure the report pages so a non-technical user can:
• open Power BI Service,
• pick the relevant filter, and
• immediately understand trends, variances, and top/bottom performers.
Power BI Desktop, DAX and simple Power Query steps are expected; no gateway or cloud database connections are needed beyond the Excel source. Deliver the .pbix file plus a brief PDF that explains where to drop future spreadsheets and how to publish the report to the Power BI workspace. Accuracy of the visual calculations and smooth refresh from the Excel files will serve as acceptance criteria.
