Inventory-Driven Production Dashboard
Budget: $10 – $30 AUD
The goal is a single, interactive dashboard that translates live inventory figures into a clear production schedule I can act on every day. All data feeding the model will come from current inventory levels and sales forecasts.
Core needs
• The dashboard must expose on-hand stock, reorder points, and any shortages in one view, then automatically suggest or update the production schedule that keeps finished-goods inventory aligned with real demand.
• I need to move seamlessly from a high-level calendar to part-level detail, so drill-through or filter capabilities are essential.
• Calculations have to update the moment fresh inventory data lands in the source table or API feed.

Power BI, Excel, Powerapps
Deliverables
• Fully functioning dashboard file
• Data model and transformation scripts
• A brief setup guide so I can connect to my own inventory database and adjust thresholds
Completion is confirmed once the dashboard produces an accurate one-week production schedule from a supplied sample data set and all measures recalculate correctly after a data refresh.
