Interactive Power BI Sales Dashboard
Budget: ₹750 – ₹1,250 INR
I have a raw sales dataset that needs to go from messy spreadsheets to an insight-rich, client-ready dashboard. First, I want the data cleaned and structured in Excel—think advanced formulas, Pivot Tables, and error checks—so every field feeds smoothly into Power BI.
Once the foundations are solid, the core of the job is building an interactive dashboard in Power BI. It must spotlight the metrics that matter most to me: sales by region, sales by product category, monthly sales trends, profit margins, year-over-year growth, and customer acquisition cost. I picture a mix of bar charts, pie charts, and line graphs, complemented by KPI cards for quick reference and slicers that let users filter results on the fly.
Good communication is important; I need to understand not just the “what” but the “why” behind each insight you surface. If you prefer Tableau, feel free to mention it—yet my current preference is Power BI for its seamless integration with Excel and its robust DAX capabilities.
Please include a link or attachment showcasing similar dashboards or analytical work you’ve completed.
Key deliverables
• Cleaned and well-structured Excel file
• Power BI (.pbix) file with fully interactive visuals and slicers
• Brief walkthrough or video explaining key insights and how to use the dashboard
If this sounds like a project you can turn around efficiently and elegantly, I look forward to seeing your portfolio.
