Interactive Power BI Manufacturing Dashboard or only by excel you can also do

I need a straightforward Power BI dashboard or modified excel dashboard which I shall directly share,that pulls from a single Excel workbook and refreshes itself every time I replace that file with an updated version. The data tracks production, consumption, and alarms across several manufacturing units, so clarity and fast filtering are key.

What I’m after is a clean first-pass build—nothing overly complex—just the essentials so management can glance at trends and drill into details when needed.

Core scope
• One page with trend visuals: line, bar, and pie charts comparing units side-by-side.
• Slicers for plant selection and an intuitive date-range picker.
• Filter and drill-down interactivity on every visual.
• Power Query steps that load the Excel sheet, keep column names consistent, and let me swap in a new file without editing the model.

Deliverables
1. The .pbix file, neatly organized (measures, visuals, and queries clearly named).
2. A brief hand-off note—or short screen-recording—showing where to drop the new Excel file and how to refresh.
