Interactive MIS Dashboard for Garment Manufacturing (Production, Efficiency & Quality)

I need a production-floor MIS dashboard built in Power BI that lets our garment-manufacturing managers see every line’s output and efficiency at a glance. The single most important view is line-wise production and performance tracking, but the same report must also surface quality indicators so we can spot defect trends early.

Here is the flow I picture:

• A landing page that shows yesterday’s pieces produced per line, the corresponding efficiency %, and an overall quality score.
• Time-based slicers (day, week, month) that instantly recalc every visual.
• Drill-through or drill-down so a supervisor can jump from a plant summary into an individual sewing line, then right into an operator if the data exists.
• Clean, executive-level visuals that someone can read on a shop-floor screen or in a board meeting without extra explanation.

Data will come from our existing production sheets; I can supply CSV exports or connect you to our SQL server—whatever you prefer. Once the model is in place, I’ll look for simple ways to refresh it (Gateway, scheduled refresh, or other).

Acceptance criteria
– Line-wise pieces produced, efficiency %, and quality rate in one interactive view
– Daily snapshot plus week-to-date and month-to-date filters that perform quickly
– Responsive layout for desktop and large screen displays
– File (.pbix) plus published workspace version handed over with a short hand-off call
