Infrastructure Planning & Billing Support
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
My infrastructure projects are in progress and require a planning-minded engineer who can own the live schedule and the associated cash flow. The primary focus is project scheduling: you will monitor performance, spot slippages, and adjust activity dates in real time. All critical logic currently lives in Excel, so you must be comfortable building dynamic Gantt views, complex formula chains, and variance dashboards inside that environment. MS Project and Power BI are already configured for high-level reporting; feel free to draw on them when a clearer picture or richer visual is useful, but day-to-day control stays in Excel.
Each week I supply site progress quantities. Your job is to fold those updates into the master schedule, recalculate earned value, and issue a succinct progress narrative. You will also prepare interim and monthly bills—one set for the client, another for subcontractors—ensuring quantities, rates, and retention are accurate before submission. Finally, a one-page dashboard (Excel or Power BI) should summarize status, critical risks, and any corrective actions you recommend.
Deliverables that define success:
• Updated time–location schedule with variance commentary
• Client and subcontractor billing statement ready for sign-off
• Progress dashboard with key performance indicators and next-step notes
