Consulting agency in the hospitality industry seeking a data analyst to create a Power BI dashboard with predictive analysis capabilities to gain insights into booking trends. Using raw booking data (including guest details, dates, cancellations, etc.), we want to track seasonal patterns, cancellation rates by customer type, and average length of stay.

Request for a PowerBI analysis of past data, and a predictive analysis. See detailed requirements below.

Requirements:
1- A PowerBI (.pbix) report:
- Dashboard page with Seasonal patterns (peak vs low season bookings, cancellations, demographics), Cancellation rates by customer type and Average length of stay by various factors (customer type, seasons, other)
- A second page with one visual that incorporates a forecasting tool to predict future booking trends

2- A PDF file explaining how the dashboard was created:
- Include an abstract or summary of the predictive analysis, highlighting key insights and forecasting methodology
- Detail any data cleaning or transformation processes
- Brief explanation of DAX formulas, measures, columns, or filters used in the report

Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in Power BI Desktop, including forecasting tools
- Experience with hospitality or booking data analysis
- Strong DAX knowledge for KPIs and calculations
- Ability to create clear, predictive, and actionable visuals
