The core idea is simple: an Excel table acts as the single source of truth while a Power BI layer visualizes status, triggers the next task the moment prerequisites clear, and pushes out notifications in real time.
What matters most to me is that:
• each task opens automatically once its predecessor is complete,
• the team receives instant email or Teams alerts, and
• team can see detailed status of new hire process from Power BI at any moment.
