Hiring: Cost Supervisor – Plastics Packaging

We run a medium-scale plastics packaging line and we're looking for a full-time Cost Supervisor to join our team on-site as we scale up production. This is a permanent, in-house role — not freelance or remote.

The work centres on the manufacturing process itself — raw resin intake, extrusion, moulding, finishing, and in-house quality checks — so every figure you generate must tie directly back to shop-floor reality.

Your Day-to-Day Will Involve
Building reliable cost estimations for current and upcoming SKUs, drawing on BOM data, machine-hour rates, labour, and overhead
Tracking the running budget in real time, flagging overruns early, and highlighting where variances creep in versus targets
Analysing expenses each week and translating ledger entries into clear insights the production and procurement teams can act on

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CMA a plus)
7+ years in cost accounting/cost control within an industrial or manufacturing environment
Plastics or packaging industry experience strongly preferred
Proficiency in Oracle / Microsoft Dynamics / SAP or similar ERP systems
Advanced Excel and/or Power BI skills
