Help Desk Drillable Power BI Reports

I am looking to create 3-4 drillable power bi dashboards to get insights from our support desk. I have a json file that is updated twice daily that I would like to serve as a datasource. The IT ticketing system is sysaid. I need to focus on the following (ticket resolution times, most common issue types, breakdown of level 1 and level 2 tickets, and I need a historical drilldown for these things as well). I would also like the dataset to be setup in a way to leverage the "data insights" thatn power BI provides. I have created some rough examples below.
