Healthcare Power BI Report Developers
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I need two experienced Power BI specialists for a four-week sprint focused on our hospital’s analytics stack. You’ll team up with me (the engineering manager) to design brand-new reports and tighten the data plumbing behind them.
Here’s the landscape
• Data source: Electronic Health Records flowing from our SQL-backed warehouse.
• Targets: Resource management and clinical operations KPIs that our nursing leads review daily.
• Core ask: create fresh, insight-rich visuals while improving the SQL queries and data model that feed them.
Deliverables
- At least three new Power BI dashboards, each centred on an agreed resource or clinical metric, ready for stakeholder sign-off.
- Optimised SQL scripts and refreshed integration steps, documented and checked into our Git repo.
- A short hand-over guide so internal analysts can extend your work after the four weeks.
You should already be comfortable with DAX, Power Query, column-store performance tuning, and the usual FHIR quirks that appear in EHR datasets. Daily stand-ups run on Slack and Jira, so clear communication is essential.
