Food Delivery Power BI Dashboard

I need a dynamic Power BI dashboard that gives our management team a clear, up-to-the-minute view of how the business is performing. The data you will be working with covers detailed order statistics alongside delivery performance records pulled directly from our food-delivery platform’s SQL tables and real-time APIs.

The board must highlight revenue trends and order volume at a glance, with interactive filters that let managers dive into date ranges, locations, cuisine categories, and individual delivery partners. Visuals should be intuitive—think line charts for daily revenue, clustered bars for hourly order spikes, and a concise KPI card set for on-time delivery rates versus targets.

Please structure the model so new data can be refreshed automatically, preferably via scheduled gateways, and keep DAX calculations transparent so we can tweak them later. Once complete I would like:
• The finished .pbix file with a clean, documented data model
• A brief walkthrough video or call showing how to refresh, publish, and share it inside Power BI Service
