Fleet Operations Dashboards & Quotation Generator Creation

Looking for a Bengaluru-based Power BI freelancer/consultant to build fleet operations dashboards and a dynamic quote generator.

Project start date:
From 10th July

Expected delivery timeline:
7–10 days from project start

Scope of work:
- Develop Power BI dashboards for fleet tracking, vehicle availability, utilization, pending payments, customer-wise outstanding, trip status and operational KPIs.
- Integrate Fleetx sensor/telematics data into dashboards through API/export/available connector.
- Integrate Tally data for invoices, receipts, outstanding payments and ageing reports.
- Build automated data refresh and reconciliation checks between Tally, Fleetx and Power BI.
- Create a dynamic quote generator where enquiry inputs are captured, vehicle availability is checked, pricing logic is applied, and a quote is generated.
- Provide documentation, handover and basic training.

Required skills:
- Power BI, DAX, Power Query and data modelling
- API/ODBC/data connector integration
- Tally integration experience
- SQL/Excel/Power Automate or Power Apps preferred
- Experience with fleet/logistics dashboards will be a plus

Location preference:
Bengaluru-based freelancer preferred. On-site meetings may be required during discovery and implementation.
