Build ODK/googleform Survey + Excel CRM + Power BI Dashboard for B2B Grocery Distribution Business

## Project Overview

I am starting a B2B grocery/FMCG distribution business in Odisha, India. I need an experienced developer or data analyst to build a complete retailer survey, CRM, and reporting system for my field sales team.

The solution should be simple, scalable, and suitable for managing 5,000–10,000 retailers.

## Scope of Work

### 1. Retailer Survey

* Build a professional retailer survey using **ODK (preferred)** or **Google Forms**.
* Approximately **50–70 questions**.
* Mobile-friendly with offline capability (if using ODK).
* Capture GPS location.
* Capture shop photo.
* Mandatory field validation.
* Skip logic where applicable.

Survey sections should include:

* Retailer profile
* Shop information
* Business details
* Monthly purchases
* Product categories
* Existing suppliers
* Competitor analysis
* Credit terms
* Retailer pain points
* Interest in becoming our customer
* Field executive observations

### 2. Excel CRM

Develop an automated Excel CRM containing:

* Retailer Master
* Survey Data
* Sales Executive Master
* Beat Plan
* Product Master
* Order Tracker
* Visit Tracker
* Follow-up Tracker
* Payment Tracker
* Competitor Analysis
* Complaint Register
* Dashboard

Automation required:

* Automatic Retailer ID (ODM000001, ODM000002...)
* Duplicate mobile number detection
* Data validation drop-downs
* Automatic retailer scoring (A/B/C)
* Conditional formatting
* Pivot reports
* Easy import of survey data

### 3. Power BI Dashboard

Create an interactive dashboard showing:

* Total retailers
* New retailers
* District-wise retailer coverage
* Beat-wise coverage
* GPS map of retailers
* Sales potential
* Retailer grading (A/B/C)
* Competitor analysis
* Product category analysis
* Field executive performance
* Daily and monthly KPIs
* Follow-up status

### 4. QR Code System

* Generate unique Retailer IDs.
* Generate QR codes for each retailer.
* Maintain QR code mapping in Excel.

### 5. Documentation

Provide:

* User manual
* Setup guide
* Data import guide
* Dashboard guide
