Expert Power BI Dashboard Developer

We are looking for an expert Power Bi Expert with end-to-end development experience within the Power Bi Interface. The immediate state of the current project is to Build an Executive level Dashboard with Excel files to gain client buy-in. The next phase will be to connect the resulting Dashboards to the semantic data model in Google Cloud.
MUST have 6+ years experience developing Advance Executive Dashboards in Power BI, advance to expert level DAX, Power Query, and the ability to build reports based off of UI/UX mockup designs.
MUST have a reliable internet connection and be comfortable working US Eastern Standard Time
