Expert AppSheet Developer Needed for Real Estate Request Management & Automated Employee Assignment App

Project Description:
We are looking for a professional AppSheet developer to build an application that will streamline the process for clients submitting property requests. The system will also automate the routing of these requests to the relevant employee within our real estate company. The primary goal is to simplify current workflows, improve response times, and enhance overall efficiency in handling client inquiries.
Current Project Stage:
We have a foundational concept for the application, including the main data structures (tables) and core functionalities. This includes a system for clients to submit requests and for these requests to be automatically assigned to employees based on predefined criteria. We now require an experienced AppSheet developer to bring these requirements to life in a fully functional and robust application.
Scope of Work & Deliverables:
The selected developer will be responsible for the following:
* Requirements Refinement: Collaborating to fully understand and refine the project requirements.
* Data Structure Design & Implementation:
* Creating and configuring the necessary tables in Google Sheets (or another AppSheet-compatible data source). This will include tables for "Property Requests," "Employees" (with their specializations/assigned areas), and potentially "Clients."
* Defining appropriate column types, primary keys, and establishing relationships (References) between tables.
* User Interface (UI) Development:
* Developing a user-friendly form for clients to submit their property requests (e.g., property type, location, budget, contact details).
* Designing intuitive views (e.g., dashboards, lists, detail views) for employees to manage and track new and assigned property requests.
* (Optional) Creating a view for clients to track the status of their submitted requests.
* Business Logic & Automation (Bots):
* Implementing an AppSheet Bot to automatically assign new property requests to the most suitable employee based on specific criteria (e.g., matching property type, location expertise, or employee workload).
* Setting up automated email notifications (and/or in-app push notifications) to instantly alert employees about new requests assigned to them, including all relevant details and a direct link to the request within the app.
* (Optional) Implementing an automated acknowledgment email to clients upon successful submission of their request.
* AppSheet Expressions:
* Utilizing AppSheet expressions effectively for data validation, dynamic behavior (show/hide conditions), calculations, and custom logic throughout the application.
* Security & Permissions (if applicable):
* Configuring user roles and security filters to ensure appropriate data access (e.g., clients can only view their own requests; employees can only access requests relevant to them or their department).
* Testing & Quality Assurance:
* Conducting thorough testing of all application features to ensure functionality, reliability, and a bug-free user experience.
* Documentation & Handover (Optional):
* Providing basic documentation or a walkthrough of the application's structure and management.

* Proven track record of developing custom applications using the Google AppSheet platform.
* Strong understanding of AppSheet data modeling, including table design, column types, relationships (Ref), and keys.
* Expertise in creating effective and intuitive user interfaces (Views, Forms, Dashboards) within AppSheet.
* Proficiency in building and configuring AppSheet automation (Bots, Events, Processes, Tasks).
* Advanced skills in writing and debugging AppSheet expressions for complex logic.
* Experience with setting up and customizing automated email and push notifications.
* Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the AppSheet environment.
