Experienced PowerBI & SQL Developer Needed

I’m looking for a seasoned developer who can jump straight into a long-term, hands-on collaboration. Each day we’ll share screens and trade control, so you’ll need to be comfortable working live while we discuss ideas and tackle problems in real time.

Your main focus will be to turn our customer data into clear, compelling visuals in PowerBI. Most of the data lives in SQL databases, though you should also be able to pull from Excel sheets or cloud storage when those sources come into play. Advanced users will consume these reports, so your dashboards must go beyond the basics—think drill-throughs, dynamic measures, and well-structured DAX that can withstand deep dives.

Alongside the visuals, you’ll diagnose and fix data issues directly in SQL. Strong querying, optimization, and troubleshooting skills are essential, as clean data is the backbone of every report we deliver.
