Excel Userform + Power BI Dashboard

I have three structured Excel tables—Part numbers, Test parameters and Specifications—and I need them tied together through a single, technician-friendly user form. When a technician selects a part number or job ID, the form must auto-populate the correct test profile so they can log quantitative measurements, pass/fail indicators and descriptive observations in one place.

Every submission should write straight back to a results table that will feed a Power BI model. In the report I want to slice the data by test type, product line and date, then surface comparisons, best performers, CPK analysis and overall pass/fail rates. Interactive filters and a clean matrix view are essential so production, quality and engineering can all dig into historical trends or drill into a single lot on the shop floor.

Key deliverables
• Excel workbook with linked tables and fully functional user form
• Power BI (.pbix) file connected to the workbook, containing the visuals described above
• Brief hand-off notes so I can refresh or extend the model later
