Excel & Power BI Template Rebuild

I have an existing “Key Numbers” workbook that currently lives in Excel. It pulls sales figures and a handful of other headline metrics from several internal Excel spreadsheets, then rolls everything into a simple summary sheet. The file is showing its age, so I need it rebuilt from the ground up and mirrored in Power BI for richer, interactive reporting.

Here’s what I need done:

• Recreate the template in Excel, keeping every calculation, lookup and link intact. Formulas should be clean and transparent, and the summary sheet must update automatically whenever I drop fresh source spreadsheets into the folder.

• Build a matching Power BI report that connects only to those same spreadsheets. The dashboard should present the key numbers and sales figures in a clear, drill-able format—bar or line visuals are fine as long as totals, YoY comparisons and simple filters are obvious to the viewer.

• Deliver both files ready for me to test with live data. If everything tallies and refreshes without manual intervention, the job is done.

Accuracy and reliability are critical; get those right and I’ll have a steady stream of similar data-clean-up and visualization tasks for you.
