Excel to Power BI Dashboard

I have several sales workbooks in Excel that need to be transformed into a single, interactive Power BI dashboard for confidential internal use. My core goal is sales reporting, but the emphasis goes deeper: I want to mine our customer data thoroughly to understand retention rates and meaningful customer segments.

You will connect to my existing Excel files, model the data in Power Query, and build clean, intuitive visuals that highlight:

• How revenue and volume shift across customer cohorts
• Month-over-month changes in retention
• Segmentation insights that reveal where we win—or lose—customers

Row-level security and disciplined use of measures (DAX) are essential because the information is highly sensitive. I will provide the files and a short NDA once we agree on the approach. The final deliverable is a .pbix file plus a brief walkthrough so I can publish and refresh it on our own tenant.
