Excel Management Dashboard Report

All of the raw figures for our project are already sitting in a single Excel workbook; what I need now is a polished report that turns those numbers into a clear, management-ready dashboard focused on overall project status.

The analysis itself is straightforward—primarily status-tracking with the usual descriptive break-downs—so the real value will come from designing crisp visuals, dynamic summaries, and any drill-downs that help senior management grasp progress at a glance. Because the data set is complete, you can dive straight into building formulas, pivot tables, charts, or even connect the file to Power BI if that speeds up interactivity.

Deliverables
• A live, refreshable dashboard (within Excel or a linked BI layer) showing key status KPIs, trends, and variance highlights
• Clean workbook structure: raw data, calculation layer, and presentation layer clearly separated
• Brief user guide so the team can refresh or extend the report without breaking anything
