Excel Cleanup & Power BI Dashboard

I will be sharing an Excel dataset that needs to be transformed into a reliable, analysis-ready foundation and then visualised in an interactive Power BI dashboard.

Scope of work
• Explore the raw data, diagnose quality issues, and apply thorough cleaning so every column is consistent and analysis friendly.
• Optimise the final file structure in Excel and, where helpful, leverage SQL queries for any relational joins or look-ups.
• Build a clear Power BI data model with calculated measures, hierarchies, and intuitive naming conventions.
• Design a multi-page dashboard that highlights the most relevant KPIs and allows quick drill-down, filtering, and dynamic insights.
• Document all transformation steps so future updates are straightforward.

Deliverables
1. Cleaned and well-structured Excel file (plus any SQL scripts used).
2. Fully functional .pbix file, ready for publishing or embedding.
3. Short hand-over guide outlining key formulas, DAX measures, and refresh instructions.

I’m looking for someone who is fluent in Advanced Excel, SQL, and Power BI, communicates clearly, and can turn this around efficiently while maintaining data integrity.
