Excel-Based Power BI Dashboards

I have multiple Excel workbooks that now demand a unified, visually compelling view in Power BI. Your task is to take those files, structure the data model, and design interactive dashboards that tell the story at a glance—no additional data sources are involved, so you can focus purely on optimizing the connection to Excel.

What I need
• A clean PBIX file with well-labeled tables, calculated columns/measures, and relationships
• At least two interactive pages that surface key metrics, slicers, and drill-throughs
• Built-in refresh that pulls the latest Excel data without manual intervention
• Simple colour palette and layout so non-technical users can understand insights immediately

Acceptance criteria
• All visuals load without errors when sample Excel files are replaced by the live ones
• Refresh completes in under two minutes on a standard workstation
• No hard-coded file paths—relative or parameter-driven connections only
