Elite Power BI Efficiency Dashboard
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I need a polished, board-ready Power BI presentation that tells a clear story about our operational efficiency. The centerpiece of the report should be resource-utilization KPIs—how people, machines, and time are being used across plants and departments—so executives can spot bottlenecks and capacity gaps at a glance.
You will receive cleaned CSV exports from our ERP and time-tracking systems; I’m relying on you to model them in Power Query, write any DAX measures required for utilization rates, and craft interactive visuals that feel “elite” in both design and performance. Dark theme, custom branding, and seamless drill-through from a high-level efficiency scorecard down to line-item detail are essential.
Deliverables
• A fully-linked .pbix file with all queries, relationships, and DAX formulas documented
• A publish-ready version for the Power BI Service, including role-level security set up for executive and plant-manager views
• A short loom or PDF walkthrough explaining navigation and key insights
Acceptance criteria
The dashboard must refresh without errors on sample data, load each page in under five seconds, and surface resource-utilization trends by site, shift, and cost center. While my primary focus is operational efficiency, keep the model flexible so we can layer in sales or customer metrics later without re-engineering the core.
