Dynamics 365 BC Wealth Setup
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I’m ready to roll out Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central across our wealth management practice and need an experienced partner to guide the entire implementation. The build must cover three core capability areas from day one—Financial Management, Client Relationship Management, and Investment Management—so the solution operates as a single, seamless platform for our advisors, operations team, and compliance staff.
Scope of work
• Solution design: map current workflows and data structures into Business Central, configuring Chart of Accounts, multi-entity reporting, CRM contact hierarchies, and investment product tables.
• Data migration: cleanse and import historical financial, client, and portfolio data with full audit trails.
• Process automation: set up recurring billing, fee calculations, rebalancing triggers, and automated document generation using Power Automate where appropriate.
• Custom dashboards & reports: build role-based financial statements, AUM snapshots, and client performance reports leveraging Power BI embedded inside Business Central.
• User acceptance & training: run sandbox testing, resolve gaps, and deliver hands-on training for advisors, back-office, and management.
• Go-live support & post-launch optimisation: monitor system performance, fine-tune workflows, and document best-practice procedures.
Acceptance criteria
1. All three functional areas are live and transacting with zero critical defects.
2. Migration balances tie out to legacy records within agreed tolerance.
3. Users can generate real-time AUM and client performance reports directly in BC/Power BI without external spreadsheets.
4. Automated workflows execute on schedule and log results for audit.
5. Knowledge transfer completed and admin documentation delivered.
If you’ve implemented Business Central for financial-services or wealth firms before and can demonstrate mastery of extensions, APIs, Power Platform, and secure data migration, I’d like to review your plan and timeline.
