Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Administrator (Monthly Freelance Support)
We’re looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Administrator / Consultant to manage, support, and enhance our existing D365 BC system on a monthly basis. The goal is to achieve a paperless, automated, and insight-driven environment with efficient approvals, alerts, and reporting.
Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain D365 BC setup and permissions.
Configure approval workflows, alerts, and email notifications (User → Manager → CEO).
Customize print layouts and reports (Invoices, POs, GRNs, etc.).
Integrate Power BI dashboards for real-time KPIs.
Automate reminders to reduce manual follow-ups.
Implement best practices for full Business Central utilization.
Support paperless and automated processes using Power Automate.
Requirements:
Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Strong in workflow setup, Power BI, and report customization.
Knowledge of finance, procurement, and inventory modules.
Experience with Power Automate / Teams integration preferred.
