Power BI Dashboard with One Page, Calculated Columns and Date Slicer

I need a PowerBI dashboard with one page to calculate the cost of products between companies based on times a product is used. There needs to be a slicer that can adjust the time period of this calculation based on a date range. There is a Word doc attached that explains the requirements - please read this to ensure you can deliver the project. The project needs to be delivered in 1 day max.
