Dynamic Power Bi Dashboard Creation

I'm in need of a talented professional who can assist in developing a dynamic Power Bi dashboard with a quick turnaround.
To be specific, I'd like the dashboard to:
Show a slicer with drop down menu to select week and it should be a multi select option
That slicer should display the value for each week that is being selected. The values that should be displayed are - number of unallocated people in that week, count of unallocated people per location, and count of unallocated people based on their job title
Dashboard should also have a week over week unallocated people count with a different slicer for just that metrics. So what’s the total count change based on last week and this week and then moving forward.
A graph that shows the unallocated people by week. So when the drop down filter is selected to week 1 it should show numbers for that week and when filter is selected for week 02 it should show number and graph of that week.
One last thing is we need a dynamic code in either m query or R where anytime a new file is uploaded it’ll change the column 29-41 headers from date provided to week 01, week 02 and so on till week 12. It should be dynamic not hard coded.
The ideal freelancer for this job should have:
- Extensive experience with Power Bi
- Proven ability in creating dynamic dashboards
- Proficiency in connecting to different data sources, particularly Excel
- Strong skills in data visualization techniques, particularly charts, graphs, and tables/matrices
- Knowledge in visualizing customer demographics data.
Quick turnaround, precision, and excellent communication skills are highly valued for this task.
