Dynamic Power BI Dashboard
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I’m ready to move our existing Excel-based reporting into a single, interactive Power BI dashboard that can be refreshed every day without manual effort. For now all data lives in several XLS files, but I need the model built with Power Query and DAX in a way that lets us swap those sheets for live API endpoints later on.
The finished .pbix should let me track performance metrics, generate printable or exportable reports, and explore trends visually through filters, drill-downs, and clean navigation. Please create a well-structured data model, clear measures, and a refresh schedule set to daily so once we point it at an API the cadence stays intact.
Deliverables
• Power BI file (.pbix) with all visuals, measures, and relationships
• Step-by-step notes showing where the Excel connections sit and how to re-point them to an API source
• A short video or call-ready walk-through so I can maintain and extend the dashboard myself
If you’ve handled incremental refresh, REST API connections, or complex DAX before, let’s get started.
