BI Dashboard for Email Alerts

I need a tool that can filter and manage information from hundreds of daily email notifications. We also need to create real time monitoring of this notifications in a summarized and organized presentation (dashboard). The tool should be capable of handling email based on sender, receiver, subject and text in the email body.
