Daily closing balances of 30 bank accounts

I work for a company who has 30 subsidiaries spread across NZ. Can someone help me in presenting the daily cash balances of 30 subsidiaries on a map? I would like to make a live map with a date filter in which the user can filter the date and click on the region to check the balances. I would like to divide the NZ map in four regions. Northern region, Te Manawa Taki region, Central region and Te Waipounamu region. Different colours shows the 4 region whereas number represents the subsidiaries in the attached file. Please reach me if it an be done in power bi or excel
