Customer Insights Power BI Dashboard

I have several Excel/CSV files that capture customer feedback, survey scores, and support interactions. I need an engaging Power BI dashboard that turns those raw tables into clear, actionable Customer Insights, with an emphasis on Customer Satisfaction metrics.

Here is what I’m after:

• Data prep and modeling: clean the Excel files in Power Query, create relationships, and write concise DAX measures for CSAT, NPS, volume trends, and year-over-year comparisons.
• Visual design: apply a simple brand-aligned theme and build interactive cards, trend lines, heat maps, and drill-through views so managers can slice results by product, region, or time period.
• Seamless refresh: the .pbix must reconnect to the same folder of Excel/CSV sources and refresh without manual fixes whenever new rows are added.

Acceptance criteria
– Every visual loads in under five seconds on first open.
– No hard-coded file paths; relative or parameterized locations only.
– Slicers instantly update all measures and visuals.
