Customer Insights Power BI Dashboard
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I need a Power BI report that connects directly to our SQL database and turns raw transactional tables into clear, interactive customer-insight visuals. The single KPI I care about right now is Revenue Growth, so every page should help me understand how different segments, products, and time periods contribute to that figure.
I will provide read-only SQL credentials plus a data dictionary. Your job is to build the model, write the necessary DAX, and design an intuitive layout with slicers for date range, customer segment, and product family. Please keep performance in mind; the dataset is roughly two million rows and must refresh in under a minute.
Deliverables:
• A fully-functional .pbix file with parameterised SQL connection
• At least three report pages focused on Revenue Growth (overview, segment drill-down, time trend)
• Brief hand-off notes explaining data model logic, key measures, and how to change connection settings
The work is complete when I can open the file, hit Refresh, and immediately explore Revenue Growth by customer attributes without errors or noticeable lag.
