Customer Data Power BI Dashboard -- 2

I need to turn a large set of customer data into an interactive Power BI dashboard that my team can consult in real time. The finished report should surface the KPIs that matter most to us—think revenue per customer, acquisition cost, retention rate, and overall profitability—across two to five pages. Slicers, drill-downs, and storytelling visuals must guide users smoothly from high-level trends to individual customer records, eliminating the need to wade through ad-hoc Excel files.

Your scope will cover the whole pipeline: clean and model the raw tables in Power Query, build the visuals, and publish the result as a secure, share-ready Power BI link. I rely on that link for board reviews, so performance and clarity are non-negotiable.

Deliverables
• Data model and queries fully documented inside Power Query
• 2–5 report pages with filters, drill-through, and dynamic tooltips
• Polished theme consistent with our brand colours (I’ll supply the palette)
• Final publication as a Direct Power BI link, ready to distribute
